When both check marks turn purple, it means that the person you sent the message to has seen the message. Two check marks indicate that the message has been delivered, which means that the recipient has been notified. This check mark means that the message is still being sent. When you send a message on Viber, a check mark will immediately appear on it. Note that deleting the message history will not delete the message history for the conversation participants, but only for you. This will delete all the messages in each of your conversations. Please select Of course to confirm deletion of history. When you touch this option, a Delete history A window will appear with two options: Of course and Cancel. In this menu, you will see the Clear message history option.
In the Settings menu, find Calls and messages and touch it. Touch here and navigate to Settings menu. Once on the main screen of the Viber application, in the lower right corner of it, you will see an icon “…” that designates the Plus tab. Note that a generic “user has deleted message” text will be displayed for everyone, so everyone in your chat will know that you deleted it, although the message itself will not be accessible. Select the Delete for all option or click Cancel return.
